Shipping

At Glow Lighting, we want to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible! Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Cost:
You're in for a treat! We offer free shipping Australia wide with every order! 🚚🌟

Express Shipping:
Yes, you can upgrade to express shipping! You can expect to receive your order in 1-3 business days for metro areas and 1-5 days for all other locations.

Click & Collect:
If you live on the Gold Coast, you can pick up your lights on the same day! Please contact us prior to making your purchase to ensure we have stock available at our Gold Coast Headquarters. Send us a text on 0423 035 347 and we will get back to you promptly!

Order Processing Time:
Once you've placed your order, our dedicated team will carefully prepare your lights for shipment. Typically, orders are processed and packaged within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays.

Partial Shipments:
For orders containing multiple items, we sometimes ship items separately. This way, we can expedite delivery and get your products to you faster.

Shipping Carrier:
Your lights will be shipped via a trusted carrier to ensure a safe and efficient delivery. We frequently use Australia Post & Aramex, however the carrier we use will depend on your location.

Estimated Delivery Time:
After your order has been processed, you can expect your lights to be delivered in 3-14 business days. Delivery times are entirely dependant on your location, and may take longer during high volume periods.

Shipping Confirmation:
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order's journey every step of the way.

Tracking:
All items will be shipped with tracking. Tracking from certain carriers may not be updated for 24-48hrs after shipment. Occasionally items will not be updated with tracking until after delivery with some carriers, so don't stress if this happens. If you have any issues with your order or tracking, please don't hesitate to send us a message and we can follow it up for you!

Signature on Delivery:
Some shipments require a signature upon delivery. Delivery partners may exercise discretion and leave your package in a secure location or take it to your nearest post office if you're not available. If you choose to grant 'Authority To Leave' for your package, we cannot assume responsibility in the rare event of loss or theft.

Where are the lights shipped from:
We have 3 warehouse locations in Australia. Our headquarters are based on the Gold Coast, and we have warehouses in NSW and VIC. Your lights will be strategically shipped depending on your location and delivery times. If you are located near the Gold Coast, you can pick up your lights anytime, simply contact us to arrange pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

We have unwavering confidence that you'll be absolutely thrilled with your lights, leaving no room for return concerns. But in the rare event that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, please take a moment to review our Returns Policy below:

Our Return Policy:

Wanting to return your purchase? No worries! Just send it back to us within 30 days of purchase in it's original condition and packaging, and we will refund your purchase! 

Simply get in touch with our fantastic customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order, and we'll swiftly assist you in this process.

If your item is not in its exact original condition or packaging, we may still accept your return, but you may not receive a full refund. An example would be if you have opened or unraveled your lights. A handle & restocking fee may also be applied.

Return postage fees are at buyers expense. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges for change of mind?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

We are committed to delivering high-quality lights to make your moment shine. While we strive to ensure you receive the best quality lights, we understand that unexpected issues may arise. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we'll swiftly assist you in getting a replacement or refund sorted out.

In order to assist us in facilitating the returns process, you may be required to upload clear images/videos of the damage, defect or fault for us to assess. Upon the initial preliminary assessment we may request that you provide further information in order to process your claim. We will require that you return the defective or faulty item to us for a final assessment before compensation can be made. 

If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will provide you with a replacement, refund or online store credit on the faulty item. Where an item is damaged through misuse, we cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Are your lights waterproof and weatherproof?

All of our festoon lights are 100% commercial grade waterproof and weatherproof, with a rating of IP65+.

All of our fairy lights are 100% water resistant, with a rating of IP44+.

Do your lights come with a warranty?

Yes they do! We offer a 2 year warranty with all of our powered festoon lights, and a 1 year warranty with all of our fairy lights & solar festoons.

We understand that peace of mind is essential when making a purchase, which is why we proudly offer a 2-year Replacement Guarantee on our powered Festoon Lights and 1 year Replacement Guarantee on our fairy and curtain lights & solar festoons. Please see full details in the Warranty section below.

Warranty & Replacement Guarantee:

What's Covered:
We stand behind the quality and durability of our Festoons and Fairy Lights. Our Replacement Guarantee covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may occur during normal usage within the first two years after your purchase for powered Festoon Lights, and the first one year for all Fairy Lights & Solar Festoons.

How It Works:
If you encounter any issues with your product that are covered under our warranty, simply contact our customer support team, and we'll guide you through the replacement process. We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will make every effort to resolve your issue promptly.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Coverage:
GLOW LIGHTING is pleased to offer a 2-year Replacement Warranty on all of our powered festoon lights and 1-year Replacement Warranty on all of our fairy lights & solar festoons. This Warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions that may occur during normal use. The Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, accidents, or wear and tear. Additionally, this Warranty does not cover broken bulbs.

2. Warranty Claim Process:
If you believe that your Product is experiencing a manufacturing defect or malfunction covered by this Warranty, please follow the Warranty claim process outlined below:

a. Contact Customer Support: Notify our customer support team through our Contact Us page.

b. Provide Proof of Purchase: You will be required to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, to initiate a Warranty claim. Please also include photos and videos of the issue.

c. Assessment: Our team will assess the claim to determine if it falls within the scope of this Warranty.

d. Approval: If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the replacement.

3. Exclusions:
This Warranty does not cover:

a. Broken Bulbs: Any damage to individual bulbs, including breakage or rust, is not covered.

b. Misuse: Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, accidents, or any use of the Product that is not in accordance with the provided instructions is not covered.

c. Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear that occurs with regular use is not covered.

d. Unauthorized Repairs: Any attempt to repair or modify the Product by unauthorized personnel voids this Warranty.

4. Postage Fees:
If your Warranty claim is approved, GLOW LIGHTING will provide a replacement Product at no charge. However, the customer may be responsible for covering postage fees associated with shipping the replacement Product.

5. Limitation of Liability:
The liability of GLOW LIGHTING under this Warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective Product as described herein. GLOW LIGHTING is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.

6. Warranty Duration:
This Warranty is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of the original purchase for all Festoon Lights, and 1 year from the date of the original purchase for all Fairy Lights.

7. Governing Law:
These Warranty Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.

By making a purchase of GLOW LIGHTING's festoon lights, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Warranty Terms and Conditions. This Warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies provided by applicable law.

To expedite the resolution process, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could include some photos. I need to cancel my order, what do I do?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us here with the subject line "CHANGE" or "CANCEL" as soon as possible.

We will do our absolute best to make it happen for you, however our team is built to get your orders out as quickly as possible, and sometimes your order may have already left our warehouse
